Hi,

For me also same case:

I had already registered to Jobbank so I just updated the new EE profile number and job seeker code and got a message from CIC "Congratulations! You have been accepted in the Express Entry pool of candidates." But it is still showing as Pending so wondering if its done or not.

Normally it wont take much time to update. But when first created it takes about 24 hours to reflect the status.

Don't mind waiting but the problem is I will miss today's draw if it's pending by the time draw takes place >:(

It's ok. Dont get disheartened too much. Atleast you will get in this month :).

have you report this to the cic? i think there's an option there you can click "report technical issue"

Relax, now is probably too late, you have a good score so you will get ITA in no time. I doubt that they will be of any help since it is technical/automatical issue..

You should be fine. The draws usually run for 24 hours so once your account updates during this time, you should receive ITA if your CRS meets the cut-off.

In my point of view, Candidates who create profile before completing One year of experience should stop doing that. The EE System grants the work experience depending on MONTH and not according to the SPECIFIC DATE, EE System thinks they are eligible candidates but technically they are not.

For example if they invite 3500 candidates in a DRAW, and out of those, 500 profiles were created with the 11 Months of experience and System counted it as 12 months (which it does actually).

Those 500 ITA's are a waste.

It leads to overload the pool with so many Candidates which then affects the CRS DRAWS to go higher.

I don't know... Especially because this probably also happens when the candidates reach 2, 3, 4 or 5 years. Do you know if this is the case? If so, there is nothing we can do. Just wait and submit the documents after the right date.
