I think if you submit before the date you actually complete that experience it will be scrutinized. I think if you actually complete the experience before submitting the app it won't raise an issue. Btw, I've seen this questions asked many times, and I'm sure CIC is aware of the issue. This is the 3rd time just tonight that I've seen someone asking about this.

Actually since you have 90 days to submit documentation, just wait until after March 17th to submit your app, so that you are actually fulfilling the basis upon which you were granted ITA. Do not decline the ITA however. Then you will be golden, since the point at which you apply will match the amount of experience you're claiming.

thats completely incorrect... CIC calculates eligibility from the "Date" you get the ITA, not the date when you submit application...

like i said if score drops below 451, accept the ITA and write an LOE (Even this is risky TBH)
if its over 451, definitely 100% decline the ITA, as i have seen atleast 2 cases where rejection happened becoz of this issue.

maybe kryton can back me up here when she is up :)

Well there you have it, I'm yet to hear of anyone say they lost ITA due to this, however I think it's best to ask the only people who really have the answer, CIC! That way you can know for sure, any advice from us is like you said 50/50 :) I see this question every time I come on here, and when you find out, it would be great if you could come back and let us all know what you find out, that way we can know for sure how to handle it in the future. Good luck everyone!

I'm no kryton, but you are correct.

One must have met the requirement (cut-off score) on the date of ITA. Its an invitation for those who met the score on that date, not for those who plan on meeting that score on a future date! Just common sense.

how many hours left?? ;D

Sameway I am feeling. I think normally draw comes out at 1:00am as per Canada timing but that time is already passed.

There's still at least 5-6 hours to go.

I know its not the right Post but need some urgent help as the next draw will be taking place today.

My Job Bank Registration still pending and its been more than 24 hours since I registered

Will I still receive the ITA if its Pending if not is there any other way to get it registered?

We don't know if there will be a draw today or if your score will meet the minimum score. So it's quite difficult to answer your question.

Go into your job bank account and check did you finish the registration properly, did you activate profile??, I think it shouldnt be so long to process.
