My score is 455. but i did not receive any email yet. Also my EE profile says ITA Status: no ITA at this time.

it takes upto 24 hrs to get the magic mail from CIC...

It can be up to 24 hours (normally several hours). You are fine, nothing to worry about. Congratulations!

Dont loose hope, I am waiting since January 1st 2015 but I know I will get PR this year.
