As i predicted on page 1 CRS 453, but the number of ITA's is really HUGE, and the number of candidates between 459 and 453 is also huge.

Now we are in need for 2016 end of year report to get the whole picture.

Not an expert. Just an idea. Once you get ITA, transfer ownership of car to brother and have bank put his name on loan. Or have him pay you the amount of the remaining balance of the loan as purchase price of the car and transfer that money directly to your account. Use transfer of ownership and brother' canceled cheque as proof of where the money came from.

the problem here is that my bank will refuse to change the name on the loan, and i can't ask him to pay me the money.

so my question is will CIC ask for the Bank statements that my salary is transfer to, or the bank statement that shows that i have the required proof of fund will be enough, and they will not ask for the statements that shows my salary ?

Wait till Feb 15th, Anyways you have 90 days to submit the application, so mean while collect all the documents and submit on 15th.

It takes 24hrs to shoot email to everyone who received invitation.
