I believe CIC is going to do large draws to lower the CRS in the first few months of the year, and make small draws afterwards when the CRS is stabilized at a certain level.

I don't think they'll reduce number of ITAs or change CRS rules in the near future. For people at the range of 460 - 468 (like you and me), the thing to be worried about is that how many PNP and LMIA are issued between every two draws...

My CRS points dropped from 455 to 450 one month ago because of age. 450 is a very award score, with a very slim hope.

I have already taken IELTS three times for the past three months in the hope of maxing out the language points. Each time the score fall short of the full points by 6 points (3 points for each section). As the hope is fading away, do you guys think I should take another IELTS test just to take my chance? :-\ :-\ :-\

Also any suggestions on how to get full points in IELTS test? (BAND 10 for each section). I think my English proficiency is native-like. However, each time there were always some tricky questions that brought down my score. :-[ :-[

Woah didnt realize that theres a 5 to 6 points drop for each year! For some reason i thought it was 1 point every year! Yikes!

I didn't mean additional 3 draws....but rather 3 total draws in January like last year.

I was one of the lucky ones thankfully to receive an ITA on last draw, but thanks for asking. Hopefully you will get one soon.
Even though I really think you need to find a way to increase the score to have a better chance. Maybe look into OINP since you passed the 400 mark on scores.

I will try to reach the magical clb 9 to reach the 432 points
Unfortunately this is the maximum points i could reach unless starting to learn French
so like you said I will try to look into OINP

We cannot predict until and unless we have the 2016 year end report. Hope they update it before the next draw :-X

Points drop depends on Age bracket you are in, meaning it is not always the same set of points drop. Use the CRS calculator on CICs website to check more about it.
