Work Experience Completion on the day of ITA

Hi everyone,

I am on a PGWP and the week of 25th May will be the 52nd week of my full-time work experience in Canada. I am expecting a CEC draw on 28th or 29th May (as per the recent trends) and I would have accumulated 32 hrs of work that week by then (I work 40 hrs a week). My question is if it's safe to create my profile on Wednesday and get an ITA on Thursday or Friday? Please let me know what you think. Thanks.

You can create your profile from now to be on the safe side. They system will give you that you have a full year experience as it only counts for months and not days. You will hopefully receive an ITA but you should not accept it until you finish accumulating your work experience.

They do the calculation by number of months while issuing ITA and in number of days when evaluating your application. Number of weeks don't matter.
