Kryt0n,

I was wondering if those who got rejections, had submitted their eAPR after completing actual year(s) of experience ? so that they could claim the right points.

my scenario :-
first exp :- 27may2013 to 06Aug2015 .... if you are aware I can add 10 days also (28 july to 6th aug) in my exp, when I claim 3 years of exp ? or only months matter ?

Not clear enough, that experience by itself wouldn't amount to 3 years of work experience.

Here we go :-

first :- 27th may13 to 06th Aug 15
2nd :- 16 Nov15 to 13 May 16
3rd :- 26th Sep16 ( current)

According to this you don't have a single year of continuous work experience.

Its when a province nominates you. U get it when u get nominated

We already got nominated, and the points came more than a week back. So how much time does it take for the certificate to come. Also, we just got a letter saying 'Congratulations! You have accepted a nomination....'

Is the certificate something else...? or the letter would do fine..?

Yes I mean your best bet is before March, considering the number of people who will get into the pool and those who will drastically increase their score with nominations and valid job offers. try and get a nomination if at the end of march you still not within an acceptable range.

cheers
Thanks chief. Keeping fingers crossed. Hoping for a miracle to happen.

Thanks for advise, will do mh research on nomination. However is it possible for outlander to achieve one?

Sorry, I read the first 13 as 15.

first :- 27th may13 to 06th Aug 15 2 years
2nd :- 16 Nov15 to 13 May 16 Doesn't count
3rd :- 26th Sep16 ( current) Doesn't count

So your points will only add up for 2 years of experience. You'll hit 3 years if you stay in the current job until September 2017

Thank you del ... that calculator is adding up those 10 days as well.

btw, how sure are you in accepting the ITA, under section A11.2 ? and regarding historical data, r u aware of any rejections under such situation ? i know earlier you mentioned that i can accept it and can submit eARP only after completing actual years of exp...

No one has still been able to convince me whether i should accept the ITA or not ???

You may accept the ITA and delay submission until you meet the requirements.

Or decline the ITA if you feel confident that you'll get another ITA soon.

Both work, your call.

Why would 2nd and 3rd not count ?

I wasn't aware that after the first year of continuous few, that afterwards it's cumulative.

Hi Asivad,

My current CRS is 469. Based on your experience how do you expect the trend of CRS in the upcoming draw(s) ? I will actually be completing 3 years of work exp on 26th Jan. Currently it's 2.11
