Just going with logic. If it doesn't drop to at least 400 then employers who spent the time getting those 350-400 Crs workers lmias will form some kind of uprising. At least petition the government as to why the scheme even exists it they can't get the employees they want, even if low skilled).

Interesting logic. I was hopeful but always thought change in LMIA score wil bring the overall scores down. Now this is different perspective..

It's Canada's 150th birthday. Let's hope they will do something NICE to all of us.

Happy New Year.

Broken heart / KryT0n,

I just saw your below post in this forum :-

########
"When you prepared your profile on EE, for your work experience you can only input months for your start dates and end dates, and that goes for both your Canadian work experience and your International Work experience."

For example:
You started working on 30th/Jan/2016. On 1st of Dec 2016 the system will automatically give you points for 1 full year even though on this example you can clearly see that you are short 2 months.

Some people got rejected and some got accepted. It's another so called "Grey Area" in the CIC system. ""
########

Could you pl share source/link where you found information related to people got rejected ? and at that time what was the statement mentioned under authority section A 11.2 ? : only ITA or (ITA/ eAPR- as mentioned currently)

Just from people posting here and discussions - without searching I couldn't link it.

However it makes sense that you cannot claim the points for something if you can't prove it. Maybe it's done to kick in 2 months early to link to the fact you previously had 60 days to submit, however I wouldn't want to take the risk.

With the recent OINP nominations, the next round may not be impressive. May be within the early 470s. Then again, I'm thinking they are done with the huge draws as they were trying to make up for the low draws between April and September.

My gut feeling says ITA will be on the 6th January with a cut off of 473 and 2000 invited.

I'm at 467 since April 1st 2016 and getting frustrated as I will be losing 5 points due to age in a few weeks.
Oinp nominations was quite massive ..that I can infer, can't put a figure to it.......hopefully it's a large draw to begin the year. Still put my predictions at 465 +/- 2

Kryt0n,

I was wondering if those who got rejections, had submitted their eAPR after completing actual year(s) of experience ? so that they could claim the right points.

my scenario :-
first exp :- 27may2013 to 06Aug2015 .... if you are aware I can add 10 days also (28 july to 6th aug) in my exp, when I claim 3 years of exp ? or only months matter ?

Do u mean if it has to happen, will happen before march or wont happen?
Yes I mean your best bet is before March, considering the number of people who will get into the pool and those who will drastically increase their score with nominations and valid job offers. try and get a nomination if at the end of march you still not within an acceptable range.
