Has been waiting for almost 2 years now. jumped to 480 points after latest update. Lets see how many draws I need to wait before I can make it..

That's the AOR for my employer's OINP job pre-screeening application... After that there's the nomination application then the paper based PR..... ???

The international student with job-offer stream from OINP is a 3-4 year process ahaha. It's a life long commitment, hopefully the application will go through by the time my grandchildren are born.

i think cut off will be around 500 for the next draw, not sure how long this will continue though

Don't worry guys!! We will be ok. Just trust and believe in God! The scores are projected to decrease for the next draw.

Not sure believing in any God will help change the amount of skilled workers in the pools, but I'm hopeful that a future draw will drop low enough to get people over to Canada.

I don't anticipate a huge drop to be honest, we have to keep in mind the points increase as well as the skipped 2 draws for skilled worker, i anticipate the score to be above 495 and to stay above 480 until at least mid february. We also have to look at the trend of number of invites which will def drop from 2500 to the former trend of 1000 as soon as 2017 hits, and with the only 2 points drops when the invites were that high, if the number of invites drops then the score will skyrockets or hover at the same. I honestly do not think it will go any lower than 465 ever. But one can hope tho, best of luck everyone.

I found an interesting phenomenon in this forum: the longer we wait for the next draw, the more negative the atmosphere is. I don't know if I'm the only one feel this or if I'm wrong.

I guess that's because the anxiety of unknown future. So, let's just continue our current life and wait for the next draw, don't be affected by what others said. After all, no one can know the result of the draw until it's published.
