I don't know if increasing to 490s will help since there are a lot of candidates sitting above 500 and the next few draws will probably have high cut-offs (above 500).
Just curious om these 'candidates sitting above 500', assuming they are bumped to above 500s after receiving 30 points for Canadian Education.
They were already in 470s or above before Nov 19 and would have been invited already...

So maybe there isn't that many of them hopefully? :P :P

Hi,

I have a same question, I am on ICT work permit and I am working with same employer since 2010.
But they placed me in Canada in Feb 2014 and Jun 2015 they have me to come back.

But my work permit was valid so they asked me again to go Canada again in Jul 2016 and now they have extended work permit till 2019.

Am I eligible for 50 points?
Same question here too :)

Yeah.. I'd love to know how many candidates are sitting at what scores... I had read that one of the changes they're going to make was to allow you to see your relative position in the pool, but that never happened.

You can get an approximation here

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-midyear-report-2016-t451216.0.html.

It's under the old system, but you can easily estimate new figures.

sitting at 455 points, so frustrated, if CRS cutoff go up after these new rules, then what is the point?

It's funny (but sad) that no one from 401-450 was invited.

This is the range where most of the average international grads sit.
No wonder the 15/ 30 points.

Yeah, I know about the old data, would be nice to see current data... even better real time data! ;D

So guys... quick poll here - When do you think the next DRAW will be?
A) Tomorrow (Friday)
B) Next Wednesday (21/12)
C) Another date

I'm thinking we may have a nice surprise tomorrow!

I would say more likely tomorrow as in 2015 last draw was on 18th December. And I heard that there will no draw after 20th December as they close down from mid next week

well i'd say tomorrow , but considering the fact that people are still facing technical issues on cic page , i guess it'd be some other day!

There is no salary expectation for specific NOC, only for the low income cutoff for BC, so as long as your annual income is more than $21k, you should be fine. Don't worry too much, just apply, it doesn't cost you anything.

Are you referring to a specific PNP when referring to $21,000?

I'm in the EE pools via FSW, but I took a low salary through choice as it was my own company. Is this going to be a problem?

Canada an IT hub? The other guy said that problems are on a high school programmer level.
Whatever the excuse is Government doesn't need experts to get this done.

So, they are either incredibly stupid and ignorant or very smart to perform this sh*t show to us.

Time has shown that less immigrants are invited through EE programme comparing to last year. Obviously, they want to reduce the number.
