According to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/mi/ the draw was at 12:05:41 UTC on the 21st. I guess I may be wrong as it could take them a little while to actually post the draw results online!

I've gone through the full stages of grief with Canada since I had to leave in 2015. My heart has exploded with joy at finding out the points dropped to 450 back to devastation when I realised at 440 I might just not be close enough. I've got another 15 years of being eligible to move to Canada and I am not giving up without a fight.

You'd like to think so, but only a month or so ago these were more like "Ray of despair" threads when CIC were only handing out 750 ITAs per draw. Things are certainly more positive on here than even a few weeks back, but I dread to think what this place will be like if ITAs drop again :/

If you look at the previous draws (ministerial instructions) at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/mi/ita.asp you'll see that the draw times do vary. Since June the draws have been spread between 12pm UTC and 1900 UTC so there's plenty of time in the day still! Heck it's only 9:18 in Ottawa right now!
