Historical trends mean nothing when this year has been rocked by a global pandemic throwing everything out of wack.

Yes, many times. Stop making assumption out of thin air. We just had FST draw, without even skipping a normal draw which was done for the first time. So, even if FST draw happen, expect an all programs draw to happen with it.

I have a score of 421, I am hoping to get additional 50 points for my employment ( LMIA exempt ) after I finish my 1 year at my employment next month on October 15th. That should take my score to 471. What are my chances of getting an ITA with that score ?

I just got my IELTS result and was quite disappointed that I missed 0.5 to CLB 9 band. I'm thinking of applying as it is (CEC Stream) and my score is 448. Is there any chance that I could receive an ITA in the future?
