If you read the article, it's quite clear this is just their opinion. They are not saying the government has said this. They are guessing what could or what might happen. There is no mention of a news conference or anything like that where the government has announced all of this. They are just guessing what June could look like (just like everyone here guesses when the next draw will be). That's all this is - an opinion.

It doesn't matter. This isn't an official source. They are guessing just like everyone here.
Because, the US-Canada border is set to open on June 21st. It is all speculation until IRCC confirms anything, and we all know, they are not going to do that.

The article did not speculate about FSW draws being resumed in June. It seems to me that there is no "good news" written in it.

Predicting what IRCC does is as precise as predicting cloud movement on a planet in a different galaxy. Just relax and refresh some pages every Wednesday and hope for the best!
Did IRCC anounce that they are FSW draws wont happen in pandemic? Ircc wont anounce that they are going to resume. Everything is uncertain friend. But ray of hope thread means we let each others charged up with any possible indication of good news. Who knows when fsw draws will resume, but at least someone did talk about fsw victims after months. I request you people to let fsw fellows capture rays of hope because otherwise without hope, a day seems like years.
Do you really expect canadian government to make official announcement for resumption of fsw draws?
I can certainly see a ray of hope for FSW candidates with draws resuming probably by end of june or even earlier. Fingers crossed !!
