I wonder if they changed something in the system, to maybe allow FSW-only draws.
Or, I don’t know, maybe separate inland and Outland candidates (since there are Outland CECs and inland FSWs).

I don't think everyone should be stressing about the email. It just seems like a system error. If what it says when you log into your EE profile is still the same as before, just ignore it/wait for other emails. Sometimes these things don't go to everyone when there's a glitch, just some. I'm FSW 481 and received no new mails. Sounds like a system fault, which I'm sure they're aware of and fixing.

My CRS is 479 and I qualify under CEC. I really don't mind an all-program draw at this point. It has been way too long since the last one in March.

Maybe they were testing sending messages to FSW candidates also as people who receive a new message in their CIC account also receive an email.

Ontario extends the state of emergency to July and got the higher number of cases again today

I know ON is not the centre of Universal but yea...India/Brazil cases are also raising

I think they will continue CEC or ban certain countries for FSW (Especially the top 20 for covid-10 rank)

Nobody knows, why the FSW draws were stopped. Maybe because of the health system being too fragile ? or maybe because of the increasing unemployment rate ? But looks like with Ontario under lock down July will be the best bet according to me.

it best for canada to continue CEC. they can't take chance with fsw. i want canada to still be in place when i decide to move

If possible read some comments from local Canadian people in any major news article especially from Toronto. Local people are sick and tired of lock down, if this continues longer it will certainly destroy the local economy and few businesses will be closed permanently. I completely understand how dangerous COVID-19 is but I guess it is about time that lock down restrictions are eased and country is opened up.
