what do you guys think my chances are I am at 428? It makes me excited to see the score drop fast but touching the 428 zones is uncertain. Do you guys think I have any chance?

Do what you can to improve your scores because that huge drop does look unlikely.

Situation was different till February 2019. Many CEC Candidates may have already left, stuck and could not apply for PR because of high cutoff scores since last year. I hope CEC draws drop more in coming weeks, so no CEC Candidates have to leave Canada. Because once FSW draws begins the score will rise again.
I understand you spent a lot of money to study in Canada but studies shouldn't be a guarantee for PR. If it is, the country is doomed because it will move from picking candidates on merit to battle of "who has more money". I don't see any further plunge in the CRS score, trust me.

CEC candidates with score 447 are more valuable to Canada than a FSW candidate with score 460+ without work experience in Canada. The government awards the CEC guys' money spent on education.

This sistem is becoming to look like a trap. People are forced to apply for a study visa to pay for tuition fees.
I don't think all CEC guys have spent money on education.. Guys, I think we all should remember what adaptability and flexibility means..I believe IRCC instead of stopping EE is trying to be flexible and continue the process by selecting CEC guys..
Now think of one scenario.. A person not on PR but other work permit who worked here for couple of years and lost his job due to COVID19..cannot travel back due to restrictions on airline industries.. Now if got an ITA.. He can get bridging WP and when the restrictions are eased has a better chance of getting a job in 2 months when compared to an FSW candidate who has high score and not sure when he can land in Canada even if he gets an ITA now.. So in terms of benefit, in the current Pandemic scenario, on a short term, this CEC guy is better suited from Canadian perspective.. Having said that I wish FSW draw resumes by June as lots of people's hopes and dreams depends on that

I’m already at CLB 10 and my second year of employment will be done in Nov 2020. My work permit expires in September 2020 I’m in a tough spot. One option i see now is LMIA but it’s gonna be hard given the times we are in.

I have seen FSW candidates on twitter asking when FSW draws will resume as they are inland candidates and have not yet qualified for CEC, their WP will be expiring in June/July.

I never said studies guarantees PR. But after spending many years in Canada when CEC candidates are forced to leave country because of expired work permit and high crs cutoff it doesn't feel good. I hope crs scores drop in coming CEC draws.

Staying back after studies wasn't part of the deal so if they leave, it's because it was okay for them to leave. The fact that y'all feel it's an injustice to go back to your home country sickens me. Nobody is entitled to anything.
