NOC is not the same as PR class.

I have a CRS score of 468 (CEC Inland). I made my profile and added it to the pool on 1 May 2020 @ 7:00 AM UTC. The date and time of the round is 1 May 2020 @ 11:33:47 UTC (452). Since my score is considerably higher than the draw, should I be expecting an ITA since I put m profile into the pool before the round?

You’re just going to have to wait. Within 24hrs you may or may not have an invitation. If you don’t receive one, wait until next round of invitations.

I am confused because it says "#146 – April 30, 2020" in the headline whereas the actual date and time of the draw is "May 1, 2020, at 11:33:47 UTC"

It's a draw for people who were in the pool as of April 30th - however the draw took place on May 1st.

I am currently in the process of submitting my profile but my noc code lies under two categories, under C and B NOC code as i was working at financial institution as a Member service representative which falls under FSR (noc b) also under CSR(NOC C)

so i was wondering how can i classify, should i consider my pay rate ?

if i go with NOC B would they decline my experience later on ?
