Thanks for clarifying this! Also, always attach a letter of Explanation as you why you proceeded the application, and explain and highlight these reasons. It's always a good practice to clear all the possible doubts and misinterpretation.
Yes, but the key here is to understand the fact that it's at the discretion of the officer. Section 11.2 clearly states the officer may or may not issue the visa if MEC is not met at the time of ITA or e-APR. If MEC is met at ITA and e-APR, but you got credit too early, you can wait until you actually have those qualifications and submit the application. This way, the odds of refusal is low. Letter of explanation is a great way to communicate with the officer(s) assessing your file.

Has anyone ever thought of this?

In every draw around 3900 ITAs are sent out. The new processing fees for each applicant have become $825 + $500(RPRF) = $1325 & that’s assuming no spouses and no dependents for each application.

So in each draw, IRCC roughly makes $1325 x 3900 = $5,167,500 CAD.

They make $5 million dollars in every draw, and maybe because of the recession coming up, they will want to increase the number of ITAs sent out in order to make more profit! Isn’t that a pretty valid reason? What do you all think?
You forgot to add the proof of funds

The whole 'don't come here in the near future' advice is discouraging and makes no sense at all. Let each person be the judge of their own future.
We are on same page then. That was my whole point. Let people decide when they want to come and how they see their future.

Why people with Canadian experience (either studies or work experience) have scores of less than 460
A Canadian experience usually gives a huge boost to CRS score and on top of that, 8777 in IELTS might take one to above 480 easily (3 years skilled work experience obviously).
Age does play here but still, have this question
IELTS score of 8777 boosts the score without Canadian experience. Canadian experience nullifies that. I am a CEC candidate.. My score was 468 when my IELTS was L8.5 R9 W6.5 and S8. It increased to 472 with my new score L8.5 R8.5 W7 and S7.. So the increase was marginal

Hello everyone, I see that there is a lot of discussion in this thread regarding accepting ita before actually complete a year of work experience. I hope this tweet helps. :)(My only intention with this is to help out, I don't want to be involved in any arguement please.)
