Wrong, I know people who got their ECA report and IELTS done well ahead of time. I am the case in point, I got my IELTS done in December 2019 and received my WES report in January. I will be entering the pool with 479 points. We can not know for sure how many candidates like me are out there. I would wait until the next draw before drawing any conclusions.

But if both IELTS and WES both were done earlier for you, just curious to know why u dint enter the pool earlier?

I am still waiting to finish my 1 year of work experience to qualify for CEC. I bet there are others in the same boat.

Thanks, man. I wish you the best too :) I hope it is going to be an open draw for everyone. I will be applying under CEC, but I do not want FSW candidates waiting anxiously for too long.

Future draws for the next few months will be skewed towards pnp's and cec's. I don't think they are eager to bring outsiders anytime soon without covid completely subsiding.
 
Manitoba has invited international skilled workers though.

As far as I know, in Toronto, most Uber drivers I spoke with do have a job. They drive Uber for making some extra money.
