Because i received an email saying that "we updated your status application" but there is no changes in my cic account.

Just curious, after receiving ITA do you get access to new e-APR forms immediately or do you need to accept ITA or do something similar?

I have not gone to the next steps but I believe one must first follow the steps mentioned in your ITA. By the look of it, it does seem straightforward.
