Anyway, if this does not work, and you would really like to take a chance, the TRF number has a pattern:

YY CC XXXXXX LASF TTT G
Example: 19US001234EEPT300G

YY - year -> 19
CC - name of country where you took the exam -> US (in my case)
XXXXXX - Candidate number - provided to you
LASF - first 3 digits of your last name followed by first letter of your first name
TTT - test center code
G - G for general training; A for academic

This will be easy if you have taken an exam in your test center before or if you know someone who took the exam in the same test center. You can try this if you could not wait for your TRF to have a higher CRS for this Wednesday's draw. If you got it wrong, you can always decline the ITA so you could enter on the next draw.

Guys need a suggestion.

My score is 462 without my spouse's IELTS appearance. If she appears and scores minimum 6 then my score will shoot to 474. At the moment i am relying on 462 that may be i will get an ITA at the end of December. What do you guys suggest? should i wait at 462 or go for my wife's IELTS and secure maximum marks.

p.s my bday is in May and i will loose 5 marks in May as well.

I was hopeful 1-2 months back though, but, since we are already sitting in 2019 end, and the cut off is still lingering around 470’s, in my opinion, it will take a while too long for it to dip. Indeed, you should think of alternative ways to augment your score if you wish to compete by any meaning because out there people above 470 are also sitting anxiously, and its frightening to say the least what this canadian Immigration has become. Its a bloody rat race now.

Go for the exam to be on safer side! Scores might go down up to 464 this year if there would be at least 4 draws. But I am still positive that we will have back to back draws this January and have cut off scores in the 450s.

If you are sitting on 470s, you have very good chances come next year, so go for it!

yeah anyone above 470 is pretty safe. so gambling at 462 is not recommended?

Upload this score and wait it out. In the meanwhile let her give ielts too. No harm in that. In fact better to take matters in your own hands rather than wait and be at the mercy of IRCC. Especially since you have a great option that most others don’t!

Yes, their email addresses are public and commonly referenced on these forums. You'll be in on the loop too once you get your ITA and linger around the AOR threads.. :)

yes i think i should go for her IELTS now. Its better to take control, rather than waiting for something to happen.
