That gap and the ensuing 470 score was because of the reason that 470+ people accumulated in that range during that time. Anything higher than that is not common since anyone applying outland, having an age of less than 30, masters and clb 9 will max out at 470.

Based on this, I believe even if they choose to ignore a draw coming week and conduct it through a normal bi-weekly way, the score won't shoot up that much because for that, you need people in the pool with that much score.

But if that happens and score touches an all time high (God forbid), then this would be an alarming thing since it clearly depicts that people with very high score are accumulating fast in the pool and would take a significant time to clear them out to reach at higher 450s.
What about inland applicants. They get extra points for Canadian education and experience . Average inland people score Who has bachelor’s degree and diploma from Canada with CLB 8 and with one year experience will be at 465 . And they can get LMIA easily and can get 50 points as well.

I do not really get how. I have Canadian diploma, CLB8 (Celpip 9988), 2 years of experience and I only have 459. What am I doing wrong? I have no LMIA nor job offer.

If you have 3-4 years Bachelor with IELTS 7-7.5 8in each module (Unmarried and under 30) than you will be at 466. Plus if your company’s turnover is over million dollar you can get LMIA Easily. Lmia Processing time is 15-30 days depends on company and province.

my company's turnover is much more than 1 million dollars and they refused to do an LMIA for me. so it's absolutely up to them

Ya true but you can convince them by telling you will take care of all documents and all. See every company needs good employees and i would say please find job outside GTA area where they need people so they can help you.
