it doesn't matter that much until or unless u r claiming points even if u did i think they will ask for proof later on i am pretty sure they wont

If you would've still got an ITA without the added 15 points from claiming your uncle then you should be fine. Mention it in letter of explanation.
If you would not have got ITA without those 15 points, it will likely be an issue when they determine eligibility. If that's the case, definitely go through the hassle of obtaining those docs in case they request ADR. Before it comes to that even, I would submit it via the webform asap as if found not eligible based on EE profile, they reserve the right to cancel your application/not refund payment and ask you to re-enter pool without requesting ADR. Read your ITA letter carefully. They advise you to recalculate score snd decline ITA if your situation changes making score decrease. Hopefully it does not come to that.
I reckon they can see EE profile info, if not the ITA letter lists all the points you claimed as well..

Biweekly draws: u r through
CRS should remain in 460s upto 16th oct draw,
From 30th oct, draw CRS will start decreasing, 29Nov looks gud for u

In my opinion, it should not be as easy as it is to just open/create a profile.
CIC should put some verification methods in place such as:-
1. When you enter your education details, you should have to put in your ECA# which can be instantly verified with the Credential Evaluation Institute.
2. When you enter your language test results, the TRF # should be instantly verifiable with IELTS.
I have no doubt that there are a lot of fake profiles in the pool; if you look at CIC's target last year and the eventual amount of people who received PR's, the difference shows you that there are many fake profiles, I'm sure there are rejections too, but the gap is huge.
I have a feeling it will be federal skill draw this Wednesday and regular draw next week. so 3 weeks gap possible?
They didn't conduct a fsw draw last week which happened in last year
Incorrect it happened after the regular draw which was on 19-Sep-2018 (Wednesday). Federal Skilled Trades draw was on 24-Sep-2018. And there was no three week gap. As there was a routine draw on 03-Oct-18 which is 14 days after regular draw on 19-Sep-18.

That CRS will be around 457 (Cut off May-19/Apr-19) or 458 (Cut off Sep-19/Aug-19)
I really hope this happens. This is no prediction just hoping that these are scores when draw happens on Wednesday.

That's a big drop to be expected but if the conditions remain right (Less Provincial Nominations), we can expect a number around 459-460 but I do hope and pray that you are right on your prediction.
