Hard to say anything for sure but if CIC conducts regular draws (no larger gap than 14 days) and draw size increase to 3750/3900 then you can expect an ITA in November/December.Want to know is there any possibility for the scores to drop down to 454 by the end of this year?

I'd say yes, not 100% but a good chance yes.. chances are slimmer in up coming 2 draws but maybe in 17 December draw
I’m at 459 too & hoping the FST draw that happens around September / October does not screw up our chances.. fingers crossed a repeat of May 2019 doesn’t happen..

I think back to back draws in Oct (possible cos of 5 Weds) and exceeding the ITAs target based on historical evidence could help in bringing the score down. Just keeping the hopes up.
