Go for OINP. Too many uncertainties could happen especially with an election going on. You could wait well into first half of 2020 with CRS 450. If you apply for OINP you are mostly guaranteed for an ITA by early October. The only downside is 1500 CAD.

Sitting at 458. Was about to submit my OINP profile today. Now watching my email with a scotch in my hand...

If your boss lets you sit around on a weekday afternoon and have scotch, perhaps you are better off wherever you are and should not move to Canada

This is what other people on this forum call fake profile and you just wasted an ITA.

Some people also get wasted ITA because CIC calculator is caca. It often gives people an additional 25 points for 3 years experience when they have a bit less than that.

Anyone whose score is 455 & above should wait for 2 draws to get direct ITA but this is not recommended to applicants below 455 score.

You should proceed with OINP application without even a single thought. CIC is unpredictable throughout the year and you should not mess with them by not submitting your OINP application. Please be wise and act accordingly.

One silly question, Could there be any reason that despite having more CRS score then the cutoff, you don't receive ITA? I know it is stupid, but I have not yet seen the email. I have been refreshing my screen every 5 minutes
