Yes. this is what i feel. answer should be NO. I am not accompanying her as a dependent. I am already a PR. I am getting mixed feedback here. Not sure what to chose. But one thing that is bothering me is, if i select Yes then it reduces our points considerably.

If you are still confused, try to call CIC or ask on their twitter account.

I strongly believe that the answer should be "No" because you are PR already and no need to be her secondary applicany or dependent spouse to get PR again.

Right after married it asks you if your spouse is Canadian PR holder answer yes and accompanying questions goes out of the box

That doesnt happen. order of the questions is what i've mentioned...

first it asks whether Spouse is accompanying to canada then if spouse is Candian citizen or PR.

NEED SOME HELP

I have decided to show my sister's T4 document as proof of residency. The date mentioned in the document is April 11, 2019. So 6 months from this date is October 11, 2019. For example, if I receive an Invitation To Apply (ITA) in September or October and submit this T4 with a couple of weeks delay, will that be a problem ?

Also, she received a new credit card in July. The letter mentions her name, her Canadian address but no date. As you know bank letters don't carry a date. The credit card is attached with the letter with the card expiry date only. Will this document suffice along with the T4?

Another document, I will be showing will be her credit card statement. Which mentions her name, address and date. Please note that the date can be whatever we want as we can withdraw the statement one day prior to submitting the e-APR. The question regarding this proof is, will it be okay to blur/blot the transactions ?

Hello everyone,

I hope they have another draw today.

I do have a question to ask though, if anyone can help me with it, i came as an international student (2013) and now i own and operate my own business here in Ontario. Unfortunately my score is at 438 (6.5 in writing Ielts - 9 everywhere else).

Anywho my question is, as a business owner and operator, do i have no points for that? ive had this business for 2 years now, and working full time in canada for 3 years come this October, my lawyer just advises me to retake the IELTS (ive already did 6 times - waste of money and time, as i have been speaking english ever since i was 3 years of age in a private school)

Any help or information i should consider can help me immensely, as im lost and quite frankly given up, i have over 10 employees under my umbrella and i cant seem to stay longer after October since thats when my working visa expires. My lawyer is definitely not a morale booster either.

First of all appreciate your growth and good that you are almost settled in ON. Why don't you try entrepreneur visa or startup visa program? Yes that .5 in writing is what sucks many people. PM me and I can send you some tips that I had been following which helped to get 7 consistently. Btw, are we allowed to do business while on work permit? May I know what type of industry it is? Reason is, I am also in the same situation and was wondering what it takes.
