I received mine within a week from completion of the assessment. And yes, PDF is okay.

They will most likely make job offer/employment or ties to canada mandatory. EE will stay but not everyone can walk in like they do now. Stricter measures will be enforced.

@13nitinsharma I had trouble joining the OINP whatsapp group but got a question regarding it. On OINP application for the education section-Do I only need to fill the education history for the degree for which I got ECA? I only have ECA for US masters degree. WES does not require my bachelors transcript for ECA if my Masters is from US.
