Senior Guyz....are you pretty much sure that 458 won’t be cleared at once on 07th August draw. I am kinda freaking out as my points getting reduced on 10th sep. Created profile yesterday. Although the previous one created on 25th May had to be withdrawn since it did not allow me to revert non accompanying to accompanying.

Now if I actually chose nonaccompanying, my CRS is at 468, sure shot ITA. Post ITA I can tell the CIC officer to change the profile from non accompanying to accompanying. In that case, recalculation will be done to arrive at 458. So will the officer check the tie breaker cut off date for 458 or he will simply check the last CRS in this draw ...me, spouse and baby in Canada right now on work visa valid till 2020 July.

I can the tell CIC that I had created a profile in May where I could not update nonaccompanying to accompanying. I applied non accompanying in the new profile in fear of losing out to get an ITS. There is no misrepresentation as I mentioned my 25 th May profile number in the new one.
My age running out .....36 now....it feels like at 458 ....so near yet so far....plz post genuine responses plz....I am trying to take this risk.
If you do that, you will face a ban of 5 years for a misrepresentation.

Alternative version is that you get your ita amd get your application approved for permanent residency and then you will initiate spouse sponsorship program.

its terrible advice from her. everyone should accept oinp. not only does oinp add 600 points but it will shield applicants from potential rejections because of incomplete applications as they can easily reenter the pool later on.
Not everyone but anyone below 456 should accept and 456~459 should wait for next draws

Great point u added about that shield, if it’s true then I would accept NOI at 459.
Getting such insurance in just $1500 wouldn’t be bad idea in such a big cause.

Members!

I created my express entry profile my CRS is incorrect.
Details:
Married spouse not accompanying.

first job(noc b) Sept 2017 to March 2018
second job(noc b) march 2018 to present

2 yrs advanced diploma in canada
3 yearr degree in india (eca 4 yrs in canada)

IELTS: listening 8.5
speaking 7.5
reading 7.5
writing 6.5

Since I have only one year experience, my score should not be 478. it should be only 478 if I put that I have 2yrs of work exp. As far as I know, my score will be 478 in September as I started my job in September 2017. but express entry profile is already giving me point for the second year of work experience.

Any ideas what I must have done wrong? It will be good to know how the experience is calculated!!!

PS: I have already shown my profile to a friend who is not able to see any errors in the profile.

If someone’s positivity gets shaken so easily by a mere prediction from @facethereality , then he seriously needs to double check on his positivity.

To be positive u need not to restrict others from speaking their mind

AND WHATEVER HE SAID, HE SAID IT BASED ON HIS OPINION. HIS COMMENT "NO CHANCE FOR BELOW 455" CAN MOTIVATE PEOPLE TO FIND OTHER WAYS TO SCORE MORE. RATHER THEN LIVING IN THE FALSE HOPES OF GETTING INVITED AT BLOW 455(IF THIS IS REALLY GOING TO HAPPEN), PEOPLE CAN GO FOR IELTS OR THINK ANY OTHER OPTIONS. IT ALL DEPENDS UPON HOW YOU VIEW THINGS. IT COULD BE THAT @facethereality WAS JUST TRYING TO HELP BY MAKING PEOPLE AWARE ABOUT WHAT CAN POSSIBLY HAPPEN.

I HAVE ALWAYS SEEN PEOPLE SAYING THAT THERE IS NO CHANCE IF YOU SCORE IS THIS AND THAT WHEN MY SCROE WAS NOT VERY GOOD. THAT DID NOT DEMOTIVATE ME AT ALL. COME TO THE FORUM ASK QUESTION AND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE ANSWER DO NOT MIND THINK ABOUT THE ALTERNATIVES AND PREPARE WELL.

wish you all the best.
you will get it buddy

The problem has emerged because of the docs sent by you. You were not supposed to send any document to WES (that too without any legal attestation) when they clearly have announced that they won't accept any documents sent by a person.

So, now you'll have to contact wes using the contact number +1 416-972-0070 (Canada) and learn about the current status of your application at back end. There could be 2 scenarios:
1. Maybe wes will seek a secondary verification by sending your documents back to the university for the validation of the docs.

Or
2. If not, I'm afraid that you'll have to convince your university to send another set of documents (marksheet+passport copy) legally attested by the university itself to WES again.

So, calling WES is highly recommended. You'll get to know what the next step will be! Hope this helps.

Hi All
I called up WES. They told me that the two set of documents do not match and one is transcripts and one is statement of marks.( just of photo copies of individual semester marksheets). This is why they have rejected. Now they have asked me to send the statement of marks attested by the university directly from.the university.

Hi guess me sending the second set from my end created a confusion for them. My bad.
Please advice now what's the best way out. Double checking so that this time I don't make a mistake.

I know it's a stupid question...but still.... as per latest standing on 19th July ( before the last draw) there were 6200 candidates in the 451 -600 range. Already 3600 given in last draw , so around 2600 left out of 6200. But at this point, noone knows how many are at 459 , 458 , 457 .....456.....454....451 (after 25th May tie breaker in last draw) except CIC. Of course there are new additions daily with higher score. We are few handful in this forum...but there are lot others applying from around the world. So 0.5 to 1 point drop in next seems logical.
