Not sure about the local PSK, but I can confirm that the consulate here in US gave mine last year without any proof of immigration. Just had to mention the reason for the PCC.

If it takes a long time to get it done, might as well start with it now. Else get it after the ITA.

ITA is not required to have PCC and PSK never ask for it.

Consultant seems to be outdated, be careful with your further process.

Did your PCC work, since it was received before ITA.

Did IRCC raised any objections.?

What do you suggest me to do. Should I get a PCC right now or wait for ITA in June

You should apply for PCC from the PSK. They don't ask for ITA. I would recommend you to do it ASAP, if your current address and address in Passport belong to different states, because it will take lot of time. For me luckily it took 1 month, many others were not so fortunate and got it after 1.5 months.

Get it collected now from PSK in advance. Sometimes, PCC takes a month and your proactiveness will save u time. Also, take an appointment for medicals of 30th May.

1. Nope, most of the times they don't really ask for an ITA. It depends on the officer of PSK, I guess.

2. If your PCC is few months old, then yes, its prone to the rejection. I got mine in December, as I was expecting the ITA in Feb. Lol, now PCC has already expired and I'm awaiting the ITA yet.

So, I will highly recommend to get the PCC close to the ITA date and in your case, as you're already expecting ITA in the upcoming draw with a score of 474, so you must to do it now!

Ok. That's almost double the words that we are expected to write. I have been struggling with this. Last time I wrote my IELTS, I score 7.5 and this time it was just 6.5. I am kind of confused of what approach I should be using for this.
 
So for 22nd my friend s all the very best guys sitting with 456 , not sure because of last draw do I hold any chance this may ??
