On June 17, 2019 your 2 years of experience will be completed for the current job.
As, you have already 1 year experience from your 1st Job. So, you can easily claim points for the 3 years mark, post the 17 June.
If thats the case then I think on 16th june I will complete 35 months in employment and on 16th July when 36 months are completed, then only I'll be able to claim max points.
what say?

Only back-to-back draws can douse the situation for folks below 445. For 445-450, cut-off will decrease by at most one point in each fortnightly draw, considering around 500 candidates sitting on each point between 440-450.
Totally agreed! With the current scenario, 3350 ITAs and 225+ /day intake of 450+ candidates, it seems less likely, at least to me, that cut off will decrease even by one point in each 2-week draw. On each point, from 441 to 450, there were around 440 candidates on April 12, and this number is increasing day-by-day.

Ok if you are so good in French, you could have waited because no matter when your husband appears, your ITA is confirmed.
my score is 450 with both TEF and IELTS ! I wanted to be on the safe side in case the score doesn't go down in the next few coming rounds or we get another 3 week draw .

this makes perfect sense . I bet the minimum score for the next two rounds will be 450 then another 450 or less likely 449

Yes! In July you will complete 36 months in total that is in the first half, and your 3 years mark will be achieved by then. No need to get confused!
A little bit confusion was rised as you started your job in the middle of the month.

Hi All, I know this group is for people who are eagerly waiting for their ITAs. I wish them all the best for the upcoming draw.
No other thread has so many active members and hence I wanted to ask my question here.

I have already received ITA in Jan this year.
My emedical was done around Jan 8 and I had got a request for additional medical test at the end of Jan. 3 sputum samples were taken and the same reports along with the frst medical details were uploaded during eapr. April frst week I got to know that my sputum tests were all negative and repeat xray was performed in the second week of April. Now again yesterday when I followed up with my medical centre they have asked me to go for a specialist opinion.
I am really not sure what does that mean.

I have never had TB in my entire life and I do know that due to scars on your lung, you are asked for sputum tests. But if thats also negative then why further diagnosis. Can someone tell me what does this specialist opinion exactly mean ?

True with 3350 ITAs and no one-week draw. You never know how IRCC may surprise us so keep your fingers cross and wait for it.

Hello , I didn't receive ITA yet but i've been trying to collect the documents for my application. I work in the ministry of education as a secondary school teacher. It is a full time job that i've been doing for 8 years now. The teaching hours vary depending on the school year but the maxium is 18 hours. This year i only teach 14hours per week.
SO today i went to the regional direction of education to get a work certificate and other documents that justify my work experience. I brought with me a detailled work certificate which i typed and asked them to sign it for me because the one that they provide doesn't mention the work hours or a description of the tasks that i do. They refused . I tried to reason with them and even went on to ask them to add the missing details to the standard work certificate and they refused again . will my documents be accepted ? BTW i was able to get a certificate of my annual salary and a detailed certificate of my monthly salary plus a work experience certificate which enlists when where and for how long I have been teaching in different schools.
what do you think ?

As the teaching hours are volatile, it should be captured. You should pester them to the extent they agree.

i teach 14 hours/ week but it takes more than that to prepare lessons, supervise exams including national ones and also attend training sessions . So all taken into consideration i do 40 hours or more. i thought about including an explanation letter

Try to reconsider the calculation of teaching hours. It is difficult to understand how a full-time job can be of 14-18 h a week. It should not be the only hours when you were teaching, it should be the hours you spent in the school.
Try checking the following link in order to understand what documents, along with their purpose, are required to submit a complete electronic application for permanent residence (e-APR).
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html

I hope this will help you.

Sorry to hear about your hassle buddy! Well, the specialist opinion means you should consult a physician, who is highly qualified and expert in dealing with the respiratory problems. He/She may help you to tackle with this issue!

Teaching hours at school include all those preparation hours for each course at home, any research you're doing and also any articles you're writing. Do not write 18 hours in your reference letter. If you work full time, for teachers it should be between 32-40 hours, sometimes more than 40 hours.
