It's already been below 440 for the year. Those are all PNP draws you've linked there, not general ITA which has been as high as 497 in the past but has been down and up and down again many times. No one has told anyone not to try to increase their scores if they can but the fact is that unless you work for CIC, you're only guessing and making assumptions. We don't know all of the different factors at play for each draw. CIC may not even have all of their draws planned out for the year as many assume. And dude it will never come below 440 this year.
Instead of hoping that CRS will come below 440 try to improve score which might help you and others.
