I have one more question, I have created the profile on Feb 15th when my score was 413 and then in July I have updated the profile with 3 years of experience when the score became 438.

Now the tie breaker will be applied on Feb 15th or July month.

Tiebreaker rule based on Profile creation date. You will receive ITA in sometime.. Congrats

Congratulations to folks, who got ITA today.
I got ITA, But I think I am into some trouble. I was trying to check my status today morning to check for the good news and was checking my profile again just to see if everything looks good. While doing this, I clicked to check spouse (not primary applicant) work history and internet connection got disconnected, when I logged in again my application status changed from submitted to not submitted as Spouse's work profile some how got modified and shows as "In Progress" . And at the same time I got my ITA, so could not make any changes to it,as everything got locked.
I tried to contact CIC(888-242-2100- wont work outside Canada, 613-944-4000 - agent says they are not the right ones to contact) . The agent transfers the call, but call transfer is not working because of outside Canada number(I am trying to call from USA).
Could you guys, help me out here? what should be next step?

Dont worry its all good until or unless u have not transmitted any information regarding change in spouse profile it will not be changed and the ita you got it because what as at the time of draw .. so dont worry

Thanks for your kind words, its bringing me some relief.
However, I still would like to contact cic and let them know what happened and want them to correct it, as it won't be a problem in the application process.

I am so heartbroken I will get 442 but my Wed report due on 29th Jan never came so could not get into the pool.
Wes did not even update the status. So sad

Only profile creation date is considered, so you should receive an ITA as you created profile in Feb.

My understanding is that the tie-break rule (April 26, 2018 at 05:00:46 UTC) applies for everyone , irrespective of their CRS score

I was able to figure an explanation for this odd draw (1 week gap draw but only 3350 ITAs).

Just my guess, CIC might be planning to do 3 draws on all the months with 5 Wednesdays and 2 draws on all the months with 4 Wednesdays.

Jan, May, Jul and Oct have 5 Wednesdays. All the remaining months have 4 Wednesdays.

11,150 ITAs already issued in Jan.
3350*3=10,050 ITAs each in May, Jul and Oct
3350*2=6,700 ITAs each in the remaining 8 months

Total in 2019: 11150+(10050*3)+(6700*8)=11150+30150+53600=94900 ITAs

With this approach they can meet the ITA target for 2019.

I hope this is not their plan as it would mean higher cut offs in the coming months due to reduced draw size (3350 instead of 3900).

I am stuck at 438 with july 21st as my profile submitted date . So according to your analysis May is still a hopeful month for 438 right?

Sorry for the weird question but I don't know how hopefull I can be with a score of 438 give the fact that there was a pick for 438 and I didn't get an ITA.
