I have a query regarding the consideration of Canadian work experience in Express entry:
I have worked in Canada on ICT starting July 2009 - till June 2010
Points of worry:
1) Visa was valid from 25th June, but company planned the travel on 4th July 2009 and I landed in Canada on 4th July itself (lost 4 days in the month of July)
2) Visa was valid till 30th June'10, but due to some personal issue I had to travel back on 4th June but was on earned leave for 14 days and rest 4 days i covered as WFH from my home country. (i have a leave approval email for the same)
Queries:
1) Is it a concern for CIC for not completing 365 days in Canada for claiming 1 year Canadian work ex?
Points of consideration:
1) I was working for the same customer when i moved to Canada, so was working for starting 4 days from home country
2) I have T4 forms for both 2009 and 2010
3) I have salary slips for complete 12 months
4) I can get in writing on company letter head that i was transferred to client location for 12 months/1 year
