Tiebreaker rule based on Profile creation date. You will receive ITA in sometime.. Congrats

Yes it's obviously MM/dd/yyyy,
you can't apply before Jan 04.

I am stuck at 438 with july 21st as my profile submitted date . So according to your analysis May is still a hopeful month for 438 right?

Sorry for the weird question but I don't know how hopefull I can be with a score of 438 give the fact that there was a pick for 438 and I didn't get an ITA.

Cannot predict what cut off will be in May..because if they continue with 3350 every 2 weeks then the cut off could go into higher 440s and then in May it may or may not return to 438 if they have a 1 week gap draw..

It is also possible they have another 1 week gap draw next week and the cut off can go below 438..

The cut off depends on No. of ITAs issued and the No. of days gap between draws..

Yes, unless you can go back in time and submit before Jan 4th, 2019!

I have a query regarding the consideration of Canadian work experience in Express entry:

I have worked in Canada on ICT starting July 2009 - till June 2010
Points of worry:
1) Visa was valid from 25th June, but company planned the travel on 4th July 2009 and I landed in Canada on 4th July itself (lost 4 days in the month of July)
2) Visa was valid till 30th June'10, but due to some personal issue I had to travel back on 4th June but was on earned leave for 14 days and rest 4 days i covered as WFH from my home country. (i have a leave approval email for the same)
Queries:
1) Is it a concern for CIC for not completing 365 days in Canada for claiming 1 year Canadian work ex?

Points of consideration:
1) I was working for the same customer when i moved to Canada, so was working for starting 4 days from home country
2) I have T4 forms for both 2009 and 2010
3) I have salary slips for complete 12 months
4) I can get in writing on company letter head that i was transferred to client location for 12 months/1 year

25% chance of receiving ITA if the next draw is on Feb 13th with 3350 ITAs.
