If you are currently residing in India, your Indian PCC is valid only for 6 months. So, you have to ensure you submit your application for PR (post ITA) within those 6 months.

If you are currently residing outside India, your Indian PCC should be applied after you left the country.

This is simple example for understanding

Thanks for that explanation. So, given these 2 facts:
  1. the cut-off remaining at 443 implies that the top 3900 profiles on the day of the draw includes some people with 443 but not people with 442 or below
  2. the people with 443 who are included in the draw will be the people who've been waiting the longest
The problem is that both those facts put together still isn't enough information to estimate how long it might take a random person in the pool at 443 to get an invite. Given the fact that the draw on the 23rd had to go as far back as Jan 2nd for a 443 score tells me that there are many people with scores of 443 in the pool, and to "clear" this backlog to get to newer 443 score applicants (assuming the cut-off indeed does stay that low) will take a long time.

Let's assume there were only 2 folks on CRS 443 on Jan 23rd when the draw occurred. One was you and the other one was an applicant who created profile on Jan 2nd.
So if there were 3899 applicants with CRS 444 and above on Jan 23rd(at the time of the draw), out of the 2 applicants stuck on 443 only one would get the remaining ITA (and you would have missed out).
So there is nothing in the cut off date/time which states the number of applicants stuck on a particular score. It could be 2 or 1000.

Now, the reality is that there would be approx. 100+ applicants stuck on CRS 443 now (estimations based on average intake to EE pool for score range 441-450) but your real competition is the folks who enter the EE pool (between Jan 23 and Feb 6) with CRS 444 and above and push you down the rankings. So, if around 3700 applicants enter the pool with CRS 444 and above in the next 2 weeks, you need to be worried. If not you would be safe.

Sorry for the post in irrelevant thread.

Please evaluate the employment reference letter from my current employer.

1. Since my Project Manager is more aware of my job duties, I am thinking to get 2 signs on a single letter. Or should I get 2 separate letters?

2. The letter must be addressed to someone as per rules in my company. Can it be addressed to IRCC and also used for OINP as well?

1) need some clarification
2) put Government of Canada or IRCC

Makes sense, thanks. Fingers crossed!

Sitting at 440 profile was created on 26 october 2018.
I didn't get NOI from ontario , i see many people got their NOI even at 439 :( feeling stressed - loosing hopes... Fingers crossed.. good luck everyone ...
You should have got it on December 19 2018 as cutoff was 439

He would have increased CRS to 440 after Dec 19th, hence still in the pool.

still isn't enough information to estimate how long it might take a random person in the pool at 443 to get an invite.

Yes, because it's complicated to estimate how long it might take, because there are many variables there. So for convenience we should believe it is impossible to estimate how long it takes a random person in the pool at 443 get an invite.

As 443 may get ITA in next draw if only a few new candidates with higher score enter the pool.
Or chances could be 443 has to wait for a long long time to get the direct ITA, if many candidates keep entering the pool.
Also, the chances of getting ITA increase if they suddenly conduct a draw every week or increase the number of ITAs per draw.

So amidst all these different variables, we should not be trying to estimate how long it will take.

All we do in "Ray of Hope" threads is hope for the earliest.

But, looking at current trends, this should not be much of a concern because "Hope" is that 443 will get ITA in next draw.

Please evaluate the employment reference letter from my current employer.

Hi guys,
My crs is 435 with profile created on 2nd jan.
How likely are the chamces of me getting ONIP?
Should I wait or just go for a diploma or something as I have already maxed out IELTS?

What is your NOI, with that score you may get NOI in next few OINP draws.
with 400+ there is high chance. But if you have options to increase your score. There is no harm in trying those too.
