@abhishek_89 Any chance of draw happpening before 6th Feb, I missed this draw by a whisker due to WES website error, was not able to download the PDF, they corrected it just few mins after the draw news came out, I have a good score so no worry about the cutoff but can it happen before 6th feb, TIA

Very less chance. Mostly it will be on Feb 6th.

Any chance for a guy sitting at 432 this year? Or should I go for PNP?

Direct ITA is almost impossible unless many 1 week gap draws happen. Last year, even OINP invited only folks with CRS 433 and above. So try to increase your CRS or try for other PNPs.

Yeah can understand the surety part, but wanted to check based on historical pattern.
Dec12 and then Dec 19 had less time btw them so thought of similar case in the future

That happened as they had Christmas holidays the next week. Historically, they never have draws in the last week of December due to the holidays.

Hi All,

I need your guidance. My partner who is the primary applicant on our EE profile had his Law degree evaluated by WES. The WES report indicated that his LLB was the "Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years) ".

Can I there select "Masters Degree, or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession" in our EE profile?

No, you have to select Bachelor's degree.

I’m in the pool since yesterday (exactly an hour after the cutoff) and about 40 minutes ago, I received an email saying my application has been updated, when I did not update anything on my end. Any idea what it might be?

I logged in to check and everything looks exactly the same. No new messages either.

Had the same msg but didn't notice any update from my end. But this didn't affect by any means my application

Comparing Ontario's HCP NOIs of Jan & Feb of 2018 with the NOIs issued on Jan 14, 2019, are there chances that they will issue more in this month or next month? I'm at 437.

Hi. I got NOI from OINP on 14th Jan when my CRS was 439. My birthday was on 15th Jan and now I suppose the CRS is 434. Will this create an issue when I accept the NOI and submit the application?

Age is exempted when it drops below, so dont worry about CRS drop after NOI is issued..

below are the items you have notify if any changes after submitting application (http://www.mri.gov.on.ca/repository/oinp_en_hcp.pdf, p27)

Changes in Personal Information
The OINP must be notified if there are any changes to the information provided in
your application, including (but not limited to):

Change in contact information
Change in immigration status (expiration or change in temporary workpermit)
Change in family composition due to:
Marriage or common-law relationship
Birth of a child
Change of custody of a child
Divorce/separation
Death

Can someone explain to me how the draw works if you’re sitting at the cut-off score? Looking at the latest draw for 1/23,

Tie-breaking rule: January 2, 2019 at 03:55:26 UTC

If you look at the previous draw for 1/9,

Tie-breaking rule: January 2, 2019 at 11:40:53 UTC

So it appears that the cut-off date has barely moved (only a few hours).

1. Assuming that the cut-off score in the coming draws stays at 443, how long would it take someone with a score of 443 who entered the pool on, say, 1/22, to get an ITA?

2. If the score goes below 443, does that mean everyone in the pool at 443 will get a call?
