You don't know if you met the OINP criteria of selection due to your CRS being 439 and your CRS could go down to 425 when you add spouse after NOI. So it is a risky element.

Even ONIP has confirmed it wont be an issue

There's a rule to protect this but I don't know if it is after you receive ITA or AOR

Even ONIP has confirmed it wont be an issue

If you want to be sure, you can inform OINP that your profile was submitted as non accompanying spouse and mention the CRS score and tell them now you are adding spouse and the CRS score would be (new CRS). Confirm if the new CRS would cause any issue. If they confirm then you are good.

No, birthday won't decrease your CRS after receiving ITA.
