Hi Zain.
As a comprehensive teaching university, VIU does not normally participate in the same rankings as Canada's larger research intensive universities. Historically, VIU has participated in the National Survey of Student Engagement where it has consistenly ranked in the top 10 in North America on benchmarks related to the level of student engagement in the educational process. High engagement = greater student success.
Canadian Higher Education is publicly funded and regulated by the Canadian government; therefore, you can be assured that all Canadian university programs live up to the high standards set by our government. In addition, British Columbia has its own accreditation process through the BC Education Quality Assurance body to monitor and maintain high quality standards in public and private education within BC.
On a final note, Vancouver Island University is known for its teaching excellence at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. As a teaching university, VIU offers small class sizes for increased engagement and interaction between Faculty and students in every classroom and lab. VIU's MBA program is unique in that offers students the opportunity to earn international credentials from both Canada and the UK - an MBA from Vancouver Island University and a MScIB from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK. Students also benefit from a mandatory internship within the program to gain Canadian work experience that can help with post-graduate employment in Canada or abroad.

Good luck with your search!
P.S. I tried to post the links to the NSSE page and survey results as well as the BC EQA but it wouldn't let me. You should be able to Google them for more information. Cheers, Tina
