R u waiting for AINP nomination

I just created my Express Entry profile and I am thinking of applying for AINP AOS.
Some questions here:
- Do i need to submit it by paper to the office in Edmonton?
- Do i need to be present in Canada with work permit, LMIA and etc?
- What is the usual timeline for AINP process?
- What is the chances for me to get nominated through EE?

nomination :sep 10 2019.
I'm waiting for Bio Letter now.

First of all you need to be selected by AINP from the EE pool - aka notification of interest (NOI)
Accept the NOI, they will send you document checklist to submit
You will receive a file number
You get nominated
600 extra points added to your EE profile
CIC conducts a draw, you receive ITA
You apply for PR... the rest is history
Bottom line is you don’t need to do anything once you are in the EE pool, just make sure you check Alberta as a province you want to move to.

Interest Letter: October 24th
Documents sent to AINP: November 12th
Documents reached AINP: November 14th
File Number Received: November 20th
Additional Documents Requested: November 22nd
Nomination Received: November 27th.
Got it the day of the draw! Unfortunately have to wait for the next time they do a draw but still stoked!

Is there any chance for NOI from Alberta with CRS 372 score.
My primary NOC 1311 with 1.5 years of Australian Experience.
Today I have created my express entry profile. How much time it will generally take for EE to selected for NOI (want to know a rough estimate). Thanks
