Finally I got it.
Mail was received on 17 July 2019 asking for last two paystub and T4.
The officer replied me today 23 July 2019 with the nomination.
My manager did not get the call. Just me.
All the best for your nomination. Let me know when they will call or email you. AOS applied on 20 March.

ye as long as you are in the pool and select them as a potential destination you may get selected.
