His primary NOC is 1121 (HR) with 397 CRS; and his spouses' nephew is in Alberta.
In his EE profile, he selected "All Provinces" as his option.Is there any hope for him to get NOI from AINP?

I also have the same question. I received the file number on 27th March. I also live outside Canada. However, I did not receive an email saying that my expression of interest is in the alberta express entry.

Your file is probably being assessed since you’ve already been assigned a file number. I had some updated forms to sumbit and once done I received this email.. I reckon my current status is similar as yours. What’s your NOC and CRS?

Hi , i got my nomination at 8.am this morning . I will like to thank God and everyone here for their support, People have faith pray and things will work out. The final phase next.

They can either contact you or your employer. It can either be by phone or email. According to people in other forums, they just ask basic questions like job functions, address and birth date.

They aren’t updating the online processing times because of elections.
I received my file number on Dec 12, 2018.

Hey all

I have applied under AOS, awaiting final response but my timeline is as follows:

• 2nd December 2018 - Sent off the paperwork
• 10th December 2018 - Email from AINP (stating 7th December received application)
• 3rd April 2019 - Email from AINP (stating my application is being reviewed, and requested additional documents) - I replied within the hour with all requested documents
• 11th April 2019 - Still waiting, have not heard anything back since sending the documents, despite sending a follow up email asking if they successfully received what they needed to proceed with the review...

Will let you know if/when I hear back on the final decision. Anyone else wait this long after it was "under review"? My friend sent theirs off at the same time as me, got contacted the day before I got my email and within 24 hours they gave them full approval... Yet, I wait.

Update: AINP tried to contact my employer afternoon of 11th April 2019. My employer called back the following morning. Today (same day), I was approved for Alberta Nomination under the Alberta Opportunity Stream.
