Got call from officer today and recieved nomination within an hour.

Hello all, I need advice. My story is, I have been in the EE pool since last August, then on the 10 of Jan, I was got a NOI. Which I accepted and was in the process of gathering my docu/ fill forms when I accidentally made myself ineligible while trying to update my profile.
I immediately put myself in the pool again and the sent off my doc and letter of explanation on the 23 Jan,Which am still waiting for a confirmation.
Here is the thing, today I got a message and I have another NOI on my new profile, and I don’t know what to do. Do I accept No and then contact them, or wait until I have a file number.
Help please, sorry about my long explanation.
