Got the nomination on an email yesterday evening! Applying for PR right away, will send papers on Monday. Good luck!

Permit expires October this year. Along with nomination you get an additional letter you can use in case you need to renew work permit while you are waiting for PR.

im worried coz my permit expires this dec... im thinking if i will apply for new lmia just in case of negative result. so stress now. good thing u got yours. dont know what to do.

Has anyone here gotten PR after being nominated from a EDS - Skilled Worker Category in Alberta? Website says processing time is 16 months, is that timeline accurate?

on ainp website written for SRS PGW stream that all applications received before May 23, 2017 were processed. They received my application on May 4, 2017 but i didn't hear anything back from them and no answer. What could that mean? Also during my waiting time I was promoted and let know abt that to Ainp(sent updated contract) . My employer same.
Does it mean that my application was actually processed or it means i wasn't nominated?
I am totally confused now.
Does anybody knows what's happening?
