Hey guys,

What could happen if a PGWP candidate gets his or her nomination and after a few days he or she quits the job?
PGWP do not require permanent offer, so is there any trouble if that happen?

Thanks.

Can my lawyer call back my file once they have received by AINP. The reason i am asking coz my lawyer and me had an argument as he didnot give my employer offer letter with signature to me and i said why dont you give me a copy also but he denied.

Please help.

You will get it for sure. Don't worry have some patience for few more days. And please do update when you get soemthing.

Hi guys!
I changed from my full time job in category c to a casual position in category B because am currently pregnant and needed a less stressful job that suits my time. I got a call from ainp still requesting for a full time paystub in my new casual position on March 4 and have not heard any reply from them after sending the paystub. Really kind if concerned now. Under PGWP category. File number received Jan 11. Any idea of what's going on pls.

I was hired as an Assistant Store Manager. I was going to apply for AINP but I just got to know that my wages are less than the required wages. According to my lawyer, I can apply for AINP if my duties match Supervisor's duties but I am in a dilemma. Should I go for it or should I change my job since it will be a huge risk? Any response will be appreciated, please help me out.

No need to you can show the same designation and discussed the best way to show the required wages. Changing job is a huge risk believe me.

Hey guys,

I received an email from AINP on March 7. They asked me to
- confirm current address
- provide paystubs
- provide job descriptions
- confirm current marital status
- confirm if I have applied PR through other categories

My application sent in to AINP on March 16, 2016. Not sure how long does it take to hear back from them. Good luck to everyone!

I am in AINP SRS category. NOC 6221
I got a phone call from officer on March 7, then nothing happened. The officer did not call my employer. So anyone know whats gonna happen? will officer call my employer this week, or she will call next few weeks?
BTW, I did not receive any email from the last call from the office. Jesus, its been 2 days i am awaiting in office.
