So my question is, i got a verification call today, about my wage, work and other stuff. Does it mean that i will get back about the application soon or not?

My employer got a call in the morning at 7:51am and she was asked to provide business license. The officer told my employer the email will be sent to her in one hour. But until now, nothing yet even in junk mail. I am wondering whether I should call or send email to AINP to confirm this? any advice?
