Hi Fahad911,

I had the same situation. I had applied for PR CIC on sept 02, 2016 and they returned my application because I missed signatures on IMM0008 generic form. I received same papers that you received on November 14. Then I re-submitted my file again with new generic form and a explanation letter on same day November 14. I hope everything will be okay this time..

And, my nomination AINp is expiring on 31 January 2017. I know that AOR takes about 3 months. Now, I am worried- should I apply for AINP extension now? Should I wait?
If yes, then what docs do I need to include

I dont think so u have to apply for extension. As the form have two options application was returned by ircc or u did not apply for ircc. So none of them apply to your situation. Just stay calm. We hve to be very very careful when submitting documents to ircc they check each and everything.

I called my officer and told her that I received a verification call two weeks ago but haven't got anything yet. Are you going to email AINP to me or mail it? Then she said we only email AINP and give me your file number. Then she checked for me said my final decision should be made this week. Good luck!
