Hi Friends,

I got my nomination declined two times in two different category.
First i applied in Employer Driven Stream-Skilled Category on March 2016 declined on June 2016.In my ainp letter they mentioned not meet the requirments of the stream and my noc code is not eligible for the stream and they advise to apply in Compulsory and Optional trade category under strategic recruitment stream.

As per there advise i applied under Compulsory and Optional Trade category on July 2016 and it is declined on Oct 2016.
I'm getting frustrated i don't know which stream im eligible to apply.
My work permit going to be expire on April 2017.

Can anyone please help me in this regards.
Can you tell us the reason why you get declined for the second time? thanks

Based on your job description, candidate working in this occupation not eligible for nomination under strategic recruitment stream-Compulsory and optional trades category.Your application has therefore been declined.

Hi guys, just wanted to know if someone had a similar problem.
My application was declined since my employment letter was missing my job description on it.
My employer refused to include that in the letter and there's nothing I can do about it.

I have applied for the second time and attached an explanation letter to my application (that's what the lady on the phone advised me to do).

Do you think I have a chance? I'm applying under SRS post grad worker NOC 0621. Wp expires June 2017.

Would appreciate the answers.

If you are not eligible under those categories then ask AINP under which category you are eligible. Try to look for another job if this job is ineligible. As you said your work permit is till June 2017, applications under EMployer driven international graduates usually take 20-25 months to process. I hope you get nominated and wish you all the best.

Hi guys
Is there anybody who knows what kind of documents are needed for bridging the work permit.

at this question
Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada?

You have answer here with " Yes "
and it means that they have found your application complete
and that you have got your AOR

Hello,

I received my AINP on August 02, 2016 and applied for federal on 02 september. But unfortunately, they returned my application yesterday( november 14)stating that original signatures were missing on IMM0008 generic and Schedule A form. So, I resubmitted the application by printing again both these forms and with my signatures.

Could anybody tell me, are they gonna take same time to process my application to provide file number or less?
And, Is it ok to keep the rest of the forms same? because, there was no mistake in them.

Please suggest?

Thanks

don't forget to attach copy of your nimination, even't though it will not be on the check list. If the nomination is missing they will reject your application for BOWP.

do you have employer restrictions on your nomination? If yes, you are not eligible for BOWP.
