Hello.. how long it takes for AINP to receive my file ? i send all my documents on 20th october by express post they will receive on 21st october.. Still i havent received any confirmation email from Ainp THAT they received my file ?

AINP department do not send confirmation of receiving file.However they will send you file number or if they need any other additional document for incomplete file they will request by sending email. If you have used any courier service like purolator etc, you can check package tracking wheather your package is delivered or not.

yes i have send by canada post express and it was received on last friday.... i was under the impression that they will send me an email for receiving my file and after couple of months they will send me the file number...

Hello All
We received our nomination on Oct 12. It was under EDS skill worker category. They had received our application on Dec 2014.
We have received a protected pdf file which is not possible to print off. Shouldn't we receive a hard copy of our nomination via email as well? Do you have any idea how long it normally takes to receive the package?

now they don't send hard copy. you will have to print that email copy and attach it with you application. do not wait for mail from AINP. one more thing, you definitely can print that PDF file.

Just to clarify because this question has been asked many times. If you are nominated under EDS you are linked to the employer throughout all PR process and if you get extention for work permit you will get a closed one.By nature this category is EMPLOYER DRIVEN. Those under SRS are not linked with employer and therefore will get open work permit.

However if you get your AOR , then you can apply and will get OPEN bridge work permit.

hi, i just want to add something here. if you have open wp and you get it extended with out AINP you will get open wp. if you get help of AINP nomination certificate to renew your WP and its under eds than you might get closed wp. i did apply for my wp extension before my wp expired and it is open.

I received my nomination a month ago under SRS PGWC. I got laid off today. i have not applied for the PR yet. Pls lee me know can i apply for the PR without a job or should i need o find a job first? I need to notify AINP about it?If yes, will they cancel my nomination? On nomination certificate it is mentioned to notify in job change to ainp "WHILE WAITING FOR A DECISION FROM AINP" My nomination is with "No employment restrictions"

My previous job was under NOC B, what if i get a new job in NOC C?

hey all,
first of all you should had applied with in a month. now as you haven't applied for it and you are not employed you can still apply for it an take a risk or just wait to get another job. 2 of my friends had same situation. they got laid off on the same day./ one of them had received his file number and other didn't. none of them notify AINP or federal office and both of them received PR. it is totally up to you that if you want to wait for job or not, as long as i know nobody verifies after you get nominated.

i would say do not notify AINP for now. if your job was under SRS and you can't get another job with same category they might cancel your AINP but i can't tell you that they will or not. so do not worry about anything just go for PR application and start searching for another job. as my friends did not get verification call from federal office you should be fine. most important do not call AINP and tell them anything

when is your wp expiring. at this moment ainp is taking care of those applicants whoes wp is expiring soon. please be patience if you still have wp and not that you will get a call very soon.

if you have trial version of pdf reader you can't print that or you can enable that file by clicking on that. let me know if you can't get it to work.

So now they will send you file number after appropriate time. If they need additional documents they will contact you through email or phone. If everything fine you should be expecting file number next.

One of my friends file is assigned to the officer on Monday and He hasn't got any call/email from the officer . Does anyone know how long it takes for the officer to review the file . And is it normal ?
His timeline is applied on sept 15 2014 eds international graduate.
