This is the blanket statement of the overall AINP application,

- Able to---> you have jobs, properties, money, language skill, adaptability, families, etc. basically anything at all that enable you to to live permanently in Alberta
- Intend to ----> your AINP application is your intention to live IN ALBERTA permanently

Your entire application package and all documents AINP requests will show these two.

he still has not recived nomination. AINP has just verified some details with him via email.

Everybudy is same here veere just logics. But as much i know i havent seen any budy taking more then 23 months till now. Anip received my file on 9 july 2014 . Ll let you know if i ll get any news from them. And one of my friend applied on 17 june 2014 he almost got it. He got request for additional docs last week.

No bow there is nothing going on related to workpermit end date. Specialy for EDS. They dont care about it at all now.

I would say if you applied in International Graduate Category, the chances of your file getting picked up before WP expiry date are less. Otherwise, if you applied in Skilled Worker Category, you should be safe.

I was filling the IMM0008 form. There is an option for "Highest Level of Education ". With options in the dropdown :

-> Secondary or Less.
-> Trade/Diploma/Certificate
-> Post-Secondary - No Degree
-> Bachelor's Degree
-> Post Graduate - No Degre
-> Master's Degree


FYI I have done Btech from India (Bachelor's Degree). After that I have done 1 year Post Graduate Diploma of 1year from Canada.

Ques: What should I select from drop down options?
