It is not mandatory but submitting the PCC with the pr application expedites the process.

Has AINP forgotten about EDS - Intl graduate category? :-X I don't see the dates move much and i am yet to see applicants from last week of august receive ainp email/call. What the hell is going on ? >:( >:(

Woah - April 24th 2014? Now that's a surprise considering they have been working on Aug 2014 applications lately. If you already have the invitation to apply for express entry and it's in process as you said,i would request you to pass on the AINP nomination to someone who might need it more...

As i said in my previous post,it has become more evident "lately" - to be specific,this month.I have heard same stories from atleast 4 consultants in Edmonton. Anyways,i hope your brother's nomination gets approved ! God Bless :)
