Are you on lmo or lmia or international graduate catagory. And when ll your workpermit is going to expire ?

The irony is that while I am holding a master's degree in Petroleum Engingeering from U of A , neither I could find a job in my field nor I can get a job in NOC C, not as a warehouse not as a driver not as a receptionis not as....etc. Even afted getting such a job I have to line up for years before getting the nomination.I see my time burning while doing nothing askingy self did I make the right thing when I came here and invested years of my life and all my saving..so to speak

I can feel you my friend. Got a very similar situation with u: civil engineer, bad timing graduation;market sucks; spent almost 1 year to find a shitty job applying AINP. pressure from parents, from girlfriend. cant get into sleep at nights. always questioning myself. But, life still goes on. Good luck to you.

Bro, if you are EDS skilled worker category, I guess you have LMIA, and your NOC code is 2171, NOC B, you should give EE a try.

Just to let you know that I received my nomination confirmation in an email yesterday i.e. 13/April/2016. I have been following this thread from over a year. Thank you everyone for your support.
Below are the details of my AINP file:

Applied on June 10th 2014
Received an email from AINP officer on 12/April/2016. She asked me to email her my pay stubs from Jan this year to the present and to send my 2014 and 2015 T4.
Received an email from AINP officer on 13/April/2016 with the approval.
NOC - 2282
International Graduate Category

Bro, if you are EDS skilled worker category, I guess you have LMIA, and your NOC code is 2171, NOC B, you should give EE a try.

Bro, 2171 is my wife's NOC since i could not send my wife to that noc B job she continued in her field another funny thing is I used to work in the same noc till i came to Alberta. only because none of the jobs offered to both us were permanent or had LMIA one of us have taken this decision to join this crappy nob B job and i did that. All of this was done only to apply for pnp in our case we got jobs in Alberta so AINP. For express entry the max score we got is 425, have been writing language exams ever since but no use. We both worked and graduated from Ontario but no PNP, tried to contact / email OINP several times but no use. Thought of doing the study permit for wife but that is waste of time and money since AINP made clear that they will not process my file until the end of the year so we gave up on SP. Thought of visitors but why the hell again wipe of all out saving , so gave up on that. still hoping after we return home at some point via EE we should apply for PR. Story Ended !

I saw an update from a local immigration consultant on social media today that one of her clients under SRS just got AINP nomination, his application was received on February 3, 2016. look at this we are waiting from around 2 years and some people got ainp in just 2 months.. good job AINP .
