guys a question but if my noc has changed according to 2011 under same occupation should i have to update AINP or it will be update automatically

Thank you ; how do I have to update it . Like do I need to file any certain form or do I have to get letter from employer ... Or just to write a simple letter to them .
One more question can I request them to remove my representative from my file or is there any procedure to remove ! If it effect application by any chance .

does it depend on WP expiry. do they usually give out nomination before your wp expires. cos i know some people whose wp expired and never got ainp.

Did you submit everything they asked for? you should have got your nomination by now, i guess...

Yeah but not included my new workpermit.. Its been 3 months i didnt get it yet my ainp almost the same date i submitted..

To receive a new WP now takes like 100 days its just crazy, in comparison with March 2014 when it was only 15 days...

Hi Falks, My roommate got AINP certificate last week in August. He got call before 2 weeks and after a week he got nomination in mail box. Ainp officer asked about current job position, duties, and address. They also called his employer to confirm all the details. He got call from the private number.

Ainp applied: June, 2014
Got file number: July, 2014
Verification Call: July, 2015
Ainp certificate: August, 2015

WP Expiry: June, 2016
NOC CODE: 9525 (Control Panel Technician), International Graduate Category, Employer Driven

Can you please clear, private means call from blocked number ??

How do you apply for the work permit extension? You atleast need the ainp nomination or an LMIA. Right??

i applied on july 8, 2015 under EDS NOC 6711,,my employer received file number on july 9, 2015,,that so fast right??but how come i didnt received in my email?is there's a chance that they put the wrong email add(wrong spelling)?

it should be both of you will receive an email.maybe you should check your spam or junk.are you sure that your employer receive an email of file number?because i think AINP would not give a file number as quick as that.that's only my opinion.

Hi my timelines are as follows:

Applied to Ainp: January 10, 2014
Noc: 1242; Legal assistant under international graduate category.
Still waiting.. No follow up calls yet... so frustrated.
Work permit is expiring March 30, 2016.

Anyone applied during the same time or with same NOC and got any luck with AINP.. Plz share?
